The Resource Converter has the ability to convert one resource into another. There are 4 different ways to transform a particular resource into a different type. In some situations, this can be very useful. The conversion rate seems very low to many and is meant for emergencies. The fifth level of resource converter increases efficiency by 20%
The higher level of Resource Converter structure you build, the more options you have for conversion
Resource Converter Level 1: Allows you to convert    at a ratio of |
